NOTICE INVITING QUOTATION (NIQ)
Name of Work: Requirement of Hydra and Truck (Three (03) days) for dismantling and shifting (Including Loading and un-loading by Hydra) of DVOR Counterpoise at Prayagraj Airport.
Sealed Item rate Quotations are invited for the above mentioned work from firms / Agencies who carried out similar type of work. Your offer should reach the office of the AGM CNS, Airports Authority of India, Prayagraj Airport, Prayagraj – 211012 latest by 11:00 Hrs. on 11/03/2024 and it will be opened on the same day at 11:30 hrs.
The Estimate cost of work is Rs.41, 700/- Excluding GST. The quotation (Envelope “A”) shall be opened first in the office of the AGM (CNS) on 11/03/2024 at 11:30 Hrs. Envelope “B” of only those firms who have qualified (Envelope “A”) will be opened thereafter either on the same day or at a later date, the date will be informed to all the bidders who have submitted the quotation and qualified in Envelope “A”eligibility bid. The Schedule of Quantity is enclosed at Annexure “A” and the terms and conditions are mentioned below:

Payment Terms
100% Payment will be made on completion of work and Acceptance by AAI.
Rates
Rates shall be clearly quoted without GST, GST %, GST amount and Total amount with GST in respective column of Price Bid. Total Quoted price shall be inclusive of all taxes, including transportation charges (by Truck), loading & unloading (by Hydra) etc.
Period
07 days from the date of issue of work order.
Two Bid Quotation
Two Envelope system shall be followed for this work. The firm shall submit their offer in two sealed envelopes:
Envelope “A” shall contain:
Check-list given at Annexure “II”
A written undertaking as per the format given in Annexure “III” stating that they accept all the terms and conditions of the NIQ unconditionally without any deviation. This undertaking shall be submitted on the letterhead of the firm with sign and seal of the company.
PAN, GST Registration details.
Envelope “B” – containing the quoted price in the format given in the Schedule of quantity at Annexure “I”
Note: Prices shall be quoted only in Envelope “B” and not in Envelope
A. Tenderers who have quoted prices in Envelope “A” will have their offers rejected without any correspondence on this issue.
Envelope “A” will be opened first on 11/03/2024 at 11:30 hrs. Price bids (Envelope “B”) of only those firms who have technically qualified in “A” bid will be opened thereafter either on the same day or at a date notified later.
General Conditions
The work herein specified shall be performed by competent workmen in a thorough professional manner.
Check List
Contractor should ensure that the check list enclosed at Annexure “II” is filled up completely and submitted in the envelope “A”.
The name of work shall be super scribed on top of the Envelope.
Scope of Work:
Bidder must provide the Hydra service and Transport (Truck) service for Three days (03) at Prayagraj Airport. The Bidder must provide minimum 15 Ton Hydra and Truck (preferably 17 feet). This work is for providing support by Bidder during dismantling of AAI DVOR Counterpoise by AAI RCDU team.
Counterpoise consists of steel structure of approximate diameter of 30 Mtr at the height of approx. 3.5 Mtr. with the support of approx. 12 steel pillars of diameter 0.35 Mtr.
Bidder has to hold the steel structures and Pillars with Hydra during dismantling of structure by AAI RCDU team and the same should be removed and loaded on Truck for shifting and unloading to designated location approximate of 10 Kms. from the dismantling site.
