(CAMC of ANS CCTV System at Ahmedabad Airport)
01. कार्य का विवरण:-
भारतीय विमानपत्तन प्राधिकरण, अहमदाबाद पर एएनएस सीसीटीवी के सीएएमसी के संबंध में।
Name of Work: - CAMC of ANS CCTV System at Airports Authority of India, Ahmedabad.
02. SCOPE OF CAMC for ANS CCTV system at SVPI Airport Ahmedabad:
1. Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract for ANS CCTV System, consisting of Preventive & Corrective Maintenance.
2. The contractor shall assign as and when required adequate Technical staff (Specialist for maintenance of CCTV system and associated equipment) so that the preventive and breakdown maintenance can be carried out efficiently with minimum down time.
3. Maintain inventory of all Hardware, Software (Media & Licenses), Accessories by recording information like configuration details, serial number, warranty details, Software Keys, Version, etc. and updating of the same.
4. Preparation of preventive maintenance schedule and execution as per OEM recommendations and in consultation with the AAI Officer-In- Charge.
5. Analysis of the call/complaint and action taken for rectification, to prevent recurrence.
6. Restoration of operation of system after any failure using hot standby/ spare equipment.
7. Installation of software and OS as and when required:
• Installation of Hotfixes and Patches, up-gradation of software as and when desired for system functionality or as recommended by the Hardware/ Software OEM.
• Bug fixing updates and modification of software/hardware to accommodate addition or deletion of system hardware.
• Restoration of system operation of server after any failure using back-up data.
• Performing quarterly system performance tuning for optimum performance.
• Changing the system configuration, parameters and reorganizing disk space etc. if required.
8. In case any camera needs to be shifted to a new location for some reason, then the contractor’s staff shall carry out the necessary shifting work of cameras as per the direction of the unit – in charge of AAI. Dismantling the cameras along with mount from the original location, fixing the cameras with mount at new location, terminating the cables on the cameras at the new location, testing and commissioning of the shifted cameras at the new location shall be carried out by the contractor at his own cost. Cost of supply and laying of cables and conduits in such cases shall be borne by AAI.
9. Complaints shall be lodged to the Maintenance Engineer for rectification and restoration of systems. The Maintenance Engineer of the contractor shall ensure serviceability and in case of any unserviceability shall take immediate corrective action.
10. AAI Officer In-charge or his authorised representative shall be informed of any scheduled and corrective maintenance and post restoration of any unserviceable equipment/system/facility.
11. In case of any breakdown, the contractor maintenance personnel shall rectify the fault and restore the equipment and system to the satisfaction of the AAI unit In-charge within 48 Hours of reporting of the fault.
12. After rectification, operation and performance of the system shall be checked and maintained to the satisfaction of the AAI unit In-charge.
13. Contractor shall replace all the faulty & functionally not acceptable components, modules, displays, batteries, etc. at own cost.
14. Contractor shall maintain Preventive/ Corrective/Breakdown maintenance record at site, and get it counter-signed by AAI representatives for records and payment of AMC charges as per payment schedule.
15. Contractor shall make appropriate entries about comprehensive performance based on Preventive/Corrective maintenance; Performance logged and his evaluation/ analysis.
16. The amount of the CAMC shall be inclusive of all spares, software loading/ updating and services including replacement of maintenance free batteries of UPS.
17. Contractor shall maintain sufficient inventory of spares to ensure compliance of terms and conditions of CAMC. Component level/card level maintenance shall have to be carried out by the contractor. It is therefore necessary that sufficient stock of spares is kept with the maintenance engineer of the contractor, so that un-serviceability can be attended by the method of replacement in order to have minimum down time.
18. Contractor shall replace UPS SMF Batteries once during CAMC period or when backup is below 30 mins of all UPS under in CAMC. Cost of the same shall be included in CAMC quote. AAI shall not pay anything extra for replacement of batteries. Battery must be of standard brand i.e. Exide, Amaron, Rocket, Luminous etc. and brand new.
19. Contractor shall ensure periodic backup of systems, programs and data. In case of corruption or damage to the Programme/ Data due to any reason, the replacement, reprogramming and restoration shall be the responsibility of the contractor.
20. Preventive maintenance: Quarterly Maintenance schedule
1. External cleaning of all camera domes with a soft muslin cloth.
2. Cleaning of all LAN switches installed in the field with a blower.
3. Check for virus on work stations, NVR installed at CCTV server room and other locations with antivirus software and update virus definitions, if necessary. Remove the detected viruses in all consoles using suitable anti-virus software.
4. Dressing of loose cables, if required, in the LAN switches, CCTV server room and any camera points.
5. Check functioning of all systems, networking equipment like LAN, POE switches, NVRs, Displays, UPS etc. and take corrective action, if necessary.
21. The repairs/maintenance of equipment is to be carried out at site. In case of a defect in equipment/ its accessories, necessitating major repairs at the service centre of the contractor, the same may be taken to service centre under intimation to the AAI Officer In-charge. In such cases, all expenditure and arrangement to dispatch, repair and return of the equipment/sub-assembly shall be borne/carried out by the contractor. Penalty shall be levied for delay beyond the prescribed time in setting right the equipment. The original equipment has to be reinstated at site after the repairs have been carried out at service centre at the earliest.
22. The contractor shall maintain all the system to the entire satisfaction of the AAI. Since on completion of the contract period (expiry of contract/termination of contract), the equipment is to be handed over to AAI in fully serviceable condition, it will be tested for its 100% serviceability by AAI representative and contractor’s representative at site. In case any spares are required to be replaced or any rectification is required to be carried out for satisfactory performance of the System/equipment, the contractor at their cost shall carry out the same.
23. Airports being a sensitive area, rules & regulation governing for the entry and work are notified by security agencies from time to time. It is the responsibility of the firm to ensure that all rules are strictly complied with.
24. If at any stage the contractor fails to provide satisfactory service, AAI shall terminate the contract by giving one month's notice and PBG shall be forfeited. Any damage to the system/equipment and its accessories shall be rectified by AAI on the contractor's risk and cost.
25. Test equipment, tools, ladder, cleaning material, spare parts etc. shall be the responsibility of the contractor.
26. The AAI reserves the right to terminate the contract either in part or in full due to the reasons other than specified herein. The AAI shall in such an event give 30 days’ notice in writing to the Contractor of their decision to do so.
27. The Contractor upon receipt of such notice shall discontinue the work on the date and to the extent specified in the notice, make all reasonable efforts to obtain cancellation of all orders and contracts to the extent they are related to the work terminated and terms satisfactory to the AAI, stop all further subcontracting or purchasing activity related to the work terminated, and assist the AAI in maintenance protection, and disposition of the works acquired under the contract by the AAI.
28. During the period of maintenance contract, AAI may shift any system/equipment from one airport/station to other airport/station as per AAI requirement. Contractor shall continue to maintain the shifted system without any extra financial implication on AAI.
28. The contract period for CAMC for ANS CCTV is 01/07/2023 to 30/06/2026. The details of Equipment/Hardware to be covered in CAMC are mentioned in Annexure I and Annexure II. The Items mentioned in Annexure II are under warranty up to 15/02/2025 Therefore rates for First year and second year CAMC should be accordingly quoted.
29. As per AAI requirement the CAMC contract may be extended for further one year on same terms and conditions including same rates as quoted for third year of CAMC period on successful completion of CAMC period.
