Item Rate/ Percentage rate/ EPC e-tenders are invited through the
tendering GeM Portal by Senior Manager(E-E), AAI, NSCBI Airport, Kolkata-

contractors for the work of “Operation and All-Inclusive Comprehensive
Maintenance of Complete Air Conditioning System and associated E
& M installations at Centre for Perishable Cargo, Cold Storage & Cold
room at Import Cargo of New Integrated Cargo Complex, NSCBI
Airport, Kolkata.” at an Estimated Cost of Rs. 2,25,28,225/- (including
GST & excluding of PF, ESI/Mediclaim, Bonus, change of minimum
wages etc.) with Completion period of 24 months.
