49 Applicability of revenue share to be charged from Ground Handling Agencies operating at AAI managed airports "systemic improvements as under were proposed: a) Comprehensive standard Guidelines for dealing with non-entitled entities of Ground Handling including realization of royalty may be considered for issuance. b) An integrated system may be developed or existing systems may be suitably modified which may be able to generate modfication and track important activities like invoicing, payment receipt, pending dues etc on real time basis." 50 Systemic improvement to streamline the process of recruitment For further streamlining the process of recruitment and bring transparency, it was recommened that: (a) Advertisement Notice should be drafted in precise manner, leaving no space for construction. Necessary guidelines/instructions may be issued. (b) Screening committee for determining the eligibility criteria should be constituted comprising of minimum three officials with two officers from other than recruitment cell, HR to minimize such type of shortcomings in future recruitments. (c) Clear guidelines including the responsibilities of the involved officials should be brought out for the process of document verification and record maintenance thereof; for fair and equitable evaluation of eligibllity criteria.
