संगठनात्मक जरूरतों को पूरा करने के लिए, समय के साथ तालमेल रखते हुए, हवाई अड्डों और भाविप्रा की अन्य इकाइयों और कार्यालयों में कानूनी मामलों के संबंध में प्रभावी समाधान खोजना। कानून विभाग के प्रमुख विषयों में विमानन, कानून, घरेलू और अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मध्यस्थता से संबंधित मुद्दों को संभालना, कर्मचारी के अधिकारों और कर्तव्यों के लिए संवैधानिक प्रावधानों की खोज करना, कॉर्पोरेट योजना से संबंधित मुद्दे, व्यवसाय मॉडल (पीपीपी आदि) के विभिन्न वाहनों के लिए तौर-तरीकों का सुझाव देना शामिल है। अनुबंध प्रबंधन पर सलाह देना और सहायता करना, आवश्यक कानूनी साधन विनियमों का मसौदा तैयार करना, प्रभावी प्रशासन प्रबंधन के लिए उपनियम, आउट सोर्सिंग उपायों पर सलाह देना, तथ्यों और डेटा आधारित निर्णयों से उत्पन्न समस्याओं का प्रभावी समाधान खोजना, विभिन्न विभागों को कानूनी मुद्दों पर सलाह और जानकारी प्रदान करना

To meet organizational needs, keeping pace with the time, finding effective solutions with respect to legal affairs at airports and at other units and offices of AAI. The major disciplines of Law Department include handling of issues related to Aviation, Law, Domestic & International arbitration, searching constitutional provisions for employee's rights and duties, issues related to Corporate Planning, suggesting modalities for various vehicles of business model (PPP etc.), Advising and assisting on Contract Management, drafting required Legal Instruments Regulations, Bye Laws for effective Administration management, Advising on out sourcing measures, Finding effective solutions to the problems posed with facts and data based decisions, imparting advice and information on legal issues to various Departments
