Operations

कार्य दायित्वों में निम्नलिखित सम्मिलित हैं / The functional responsibility includes:

एयर साइड, टर्मीनल/ सिटी साइड, स्लॉट आवंटन व हवाईअड्डा प्रचालन नियंत्रण केंद्र (एओसीसी), लोक शिकायत, सूचना का अधिकार व गुणवत्ता प्रबंधन मुद्दों का सुदृढ़ीकरण।

Management of Air-side, Terminal/City side, Slot Allocation & Airport Operations Control Centre (AOCC), Public Grievances, RTl and Quality Management Issues

प्रचालन विभाग के कार्य निम्नवत है / Functions of Operations Department include:

• सभी हवाईअड्डों पर प्रचालन/ यात्री सुविधाओं की उपयुक्तता निरंतर सुनिश्चित करना। / To ensure serviceability of all operational/Passenger Facility at all the time at Aal Airports

• सभी भा. वि. प्रा. हवाईअड्डों पर एयरसाइड प्रबंधन। / Airside Management at all AAl Airports

• सभी भा. वि. प्रा. हवाईअड्डों पर टर्मीनल प्रबंधन। / Terminal Management of all AAl Airports

• भा. वि. प्रा. हवाईअड्डों पर एओसीसी की प्रवर्तन एवं संचालन। / Commissioning and operationalization of AOCC at AAl Airports

• सभी भा. वि. प्रा. हवाईअड्डों पर संरक्षा प्रबंधन और समन्वयन। / Safety Management and coordination with all AAl Airports

• सुरक्षित विमान प्रचालन हेतु विमानक्षेत्र एवं संबंधित सुविधाओं का उन्नयन/ निर्माण के लिए योजना तैयार करना एवं ततसंबंधी आवश्यकताओं की मांग करना। / Plan and project the requirements regarding construction/upgradation of the aerodrome and related facilities for safe aircraft operations

• सभी भा. वि. प्रा. हवाईअड्डों के टर्मीनल प्रबंधन पर निगमित नीतियाँ तैयार करने के लिए उच्च पदाधिकारियों को सलाह और सहायता देना। / To advise and assist top management in framing corporate policies on Terminal Management of allAAl airports.

• विमानक्षेत्र प्रचालन और हवाईअड्डा प्रबंधन के लिए महानिदेशक नागर विमानन (डीजीसीए) द्वारा तैयार किए गए आईसीएओ मानकों और एसएआरपी के अनुशंसित नियमों और नागरिक उड्डयन विनियमों के कार्यान्वयन की निगरानी करना। / Monitoring implementation of ICAO standards and recommended practices (SARP's), and Civil Aviation Regulations (CAR's) formulated by Director General Civil Aviation (DGCA) for Aerodrome Operations and Airport Management.

• हवाईअड्डों के बुनियादी ढांचों के रखरखाव में परिवर्तन संबंधी योजना, निर्माण व कमिशनिंग पर सुरक्षा मूल्यांकन हेतु डीजीसीए के साथ समन्वय करना। / Coordinate with DGCA for safety assessment on the planning, construction& commissioning of changes to airport infrastructure, and maintenance programs.

• हवाईअड्डा प्रबंधन (प्रचालन) और विमानन संरक्षा से संबंधित मुद्दों पर विभिन्न मंत्रालयों, नियामक निकायों जैसे डीजीसीए व नागर विमानन सुरक्षा ब्यूरो (बीसीएएस), आप्रवास और सीमा शुल्क के साथ शीर्ष स्तर पर समन्वय करना। / Liaise at apex level with the various ministries, regulatory bodies like DGCA and Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS), Immigration and Customs on issues related to Airport Management (Operations) and Aviation Security.

• भा. वि. प्रा. हवाईअड्डों पर घरेलू विमान संचालकों को रात्री पार्किंग स्टैन्ड आवंटित करना। / Allocating night parking stands to domestic flight operators at AAl Airports.

• प्रचालन परिपत्रों व निदेशों का मसौदा तैयार करना और जारी करना। / Drafting and issuance of Operational Circulars and Operational Instructions.

• वायुयान घटनाओं/ दुर्घटनाओं के संबंध में जांच समिति द्वारा की गई सिफारिशों के कार्यान्वयन की निगरानी करना। / Monitoring the implementation of Recommendations made by various Court of inquiries in respect of aircraft incidents / accidents.

• घरेलू/ अंतर्राष्ट्रीय विमानों का प्रचालन करने वाली सभी एयरलाइंस को स्लॉट आवंटन-स्लॉट प्रबंधन। / Slot Management-Slot allocation for all the airlines operating domestic/ international flights.

• टर्मीनल भवनों के समस्त योजना/ मरम्मत/ संशोधन के लिए अभियंत्रण/ योजना/ सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी/ सुरक्षा विभागों के साथ समन्वय कार्य। / Coordinate with Dept. of Engg. / Planning/ lT/ Security w.r.t. all planned/ modification / repairworks in the terminals.

• एमईएस/ ईएसएस संविदाओं के लिए दिशा निर्देश तैयार करना। / Preparation of guidelines for MESS / ESS contracts.

• हवाईअड्डा की सभी संपत्ति के लिए व्यापक/ तृतीय पक्ष देयता बीमा कवरेज करना। / Comprehensive / third party liability insurance coverage for all assets at the airports.

• भारतीय विमानन अकादमी के साथ मिलकर प्रचालन विभाग के अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों के लिए प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम पूर्ण करना। / Finalizing training programmes for staff and officers of Operations Department in coordination with Indian Aviation Academy (IAA).

• वायुयान आपात स्थिति एवं डब्ल्यूआईपी/ वीआईपी आवाजाही को संभालना। / Handling of WIP / VlP Movements and aircraft emergences.
