NOTICE INVITING QUOTATION – 36
(1) Sealed item rate quotations are invited by Sr. Manager (Engg-E), AAI, SGRDJI Airport, Amritsar on behalf of Chairman, AAI from agencies who have valid Registration on the date of issue of quotation in appropriate class of CPWD/MES/P&T/ Railways/State PWD/PSU/Municipal Corporations & Development Authorities of Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata / Manufacturers / Specialized agencies having experience for the works of “Supply of National Flags for 100ft. Illuminated Monumental Flag pole at SGRDJ International Airport, Amritsar.” for an estimated cost of Rs. 1,55,250/-. Time allowed 15 Days. Quotation documents will be issued on 01-12-2017, received till 13-12-2017 up to 1500 hours and opened on the same day at 1530 Hours.
- Applications for issue of quotation document shall be submitted up to 29-11-2017 on all working days. The application shall be supported with self-attested copies of client certificate for experience showing the nature of work done, the value of work, date of start, date of completion as per agreement, actual date of completion and satisfactory completion of work. Firm should submit copy of Completion Certificate, Work Order and Schedule of Quantities towards experience. Firms showing work experience certificate from non-government/non-PSU organizations should submit copy of tax deduction at sources certificate in support of their claim for having experience of stipulated value of work and Permanent Account Number (PAN).
- If at any stage, any information/documents submitted by the applicant are found to be false, the agency shall be liable for debarment in AAI apart from any other appropriate/ legal action.
- If quotation documents are required by post, a self addressed envelope (of size 40x30 cm) bearing postage stamp of Rs. 100/- should be enclosed alongwith application. A.A.I. shall not be responsible for any postal delay
- AAI reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reasons. AAI reserves the right to disallow issue of quotation documents to working agencies whose performance at ongoing project(s) is below par and / or unusually poor.
The application shall be accompanied with Annexure-A (Check List) which can be downloaded from AAI website i.e. www.aai.aero/www.airportsindia.org.in
