NOTICE INVITING QUOTATION
Name of Work:- Inauguration Ceremony at Chitrakoot Airport.
Sealed item rate quotations are invited in respect of above cited subject work by Senior Manager (Engg-C), AAI, Chitrakoot Airport. The quotation is to be submitted to the following address: Senior Manager (Engg-Civil), Airports Authority of India, Chitrakoot Airport, Chitrakoot- 210205.
You are requested to quote your rate against each item shown in Schedule - 'A' (Page 1 to 3) attached. The amount for each item shall be worked out and the requisite totals given. Special care shall be taken that interpolation is not possible. The total amount shall be written both in figures and in words.
The quotation shall be received by Senior Manager (Engg-C), Airports Authority of India, Chitrakoot Airport, Chitrakoot- 210205 upto 15:00 hrs on 04.03.2024 and shall be opened at 15:30 hrs on the same day.
The work shall be carried out on immediate basis which shall be reckoned from the day of placing the work order. Stage and Main Shelter shall be made ready and handed over two days prior to Foundation stone Laying Ceremony. However, all the works shall be completed and ready for function as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
The work shall be executed as mentioned in Quotation, Senior Manager (Engg-C) / Manager-Civil, Airports Authority of India, Chitrakoot Airport will be overall Engineer-in-charge for this work.
The quantity shown in schedule - A may vary during actual execution of work and contractor shall carry out the work as per actual requirement. Any item not covered in BOQ shall be paid as an extra item and rate for this shall be finalized by Engineer-in-charge whose decision is final and binding on you.
The agency shall comply with all the provision of the Minimum Wages Act 1948, and Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 amended from time to time and rules framed there under and other labour laws affecting contract labour that may be brought into force from time to time.
No advance payment shall be made, only first and final bill shall be allowed for Which bill shall be submitted by you to the Engineer-in-charge.
Income Tax shall be deducted as per statutory provision. The agency should have valid PAN No.
Applicable GST shall be reimbursed. The agency should have valid GST No.
The rates quoted shall be inclusive of material, labour, transportation, execution, supervision, fixing/placing in position at site including all taxes if any but excluding GST.
The Quotation shall be valid for 30 days from the date of opening as mentioned in Para 3 above.
A.A.I. reserves right to reject any or all the quotations, and will not be bound to accept the lowest quotations
The terms and conditions of the quotation is enclosed in Annexure – 1.
Application for issue of Quotation documents shall be submitted up to 04.03.2024 upto 17.00 hrs. The application shall be supported with attested copies of Permanent Account Number (PAN), GST, Firm Registration and client certificate for experience.
