VOTV AD 2.20 LOCAL TRAFFIC REGULATIONS
1. Entry into Parking Stands 1 to 9 will be through TWY-B.
2. Acft stand 1 to 4 will be power -in/power -out via TWY A. Stand 5 to 9 will be power - in/push back taxi out via TWY-B.
3. Entry into parking stands 11 and 12 will be through TWY-B and stand 1 and 2 respectively. If the corresponding stands are occupied, Acft can us e TWY-A. Exit from stands 11 and 12 shall be via TWY-A, Only after pushback.
4. Whenever an Acft is parked on stand no 11, TWY-A will be available for taxi of Acft upto wing span of 48M only.
5. In case two wide bodied Acft operate simultaneously the first arrival will be parked on stand 5 and second Acft between stand 6 and 7.the Acft will be required to pushback for departure.
6. Only idle power engine run is permitted on parking stands, after exercising all necessary ground precautions. For full or partial power run-up, Acft shall use TWY-E facing RWY 32, in coordination with Apron control and ATC.

  The following radio communication failure procedure shall be applicable at Trivandrum airport when radar vectoring is provided for pilot interpreted final approach aids. a) If Radio Communication Failure takes place prior to interception of final approach track aircraft should maintain the last assigned altitude or 3200ft whichever is higher and proceed to VOR via shortest route and carry out the IAL procedure last cleared. b) In case radio communication failure takes place after interception of final approach track aircraft should cont inue approach for landing.
