There is left luggage/baggage storage facilities to safely and securely store your luggage at the airport terminal. This facility is available exclusively for transit passengers. Baggage and luggage items can be stored for a few hours or up to 30 days. The bags shall be in locked condition. All items are subject to security checks, including X-ray screening and random hand searches. The facility operates 24 x 7 and booking can be done at the Arrival Level - Counter No. 10 (between Gate 3AB & Gate 3C). Both Domestic and International passengers can leave luggage for a maximum of 30 days at Charges of Rs.20/- per baggage (for 24 hours period). Beyond 24 hours or part thereof, Rs.40/- per day per baggage will be charged

Kolkata Airport has implemented an e-Arrival Card, making it mandatory for foreign nationals (including OCI holders) entering India to complete an online form within 72 hours of arrival; you can fill it out via the Bureau of Immigration website (boi.gov.in), providing passport, flight, and stay details for a faster immigration process.

Kolkata Airport has Fast Track Immigration – Trusted Traveller Programme (FTI-TTP) e-gates for quicker immigration for eligible Indians and OCI holders, allowing you to register online at ftittp.mha.gov.in, submit biometrics, and use your passport and boarding pass at automated gates for seamless entry/exit. 

DigiYatra is fully operational at Kolkata Airport, offering domestic passengers a contactless, faster travel experience by using facial recognition at entry, security, and boarding gates, replacing physical documents for smoother, quicker processing. You just need the DigiYatra app, register, and scan your face at designated e-gates for seamless movement from airport entry to boarding. 

Rare Chemist & Guardian Pharmacy are located in the Bus Lounge Security Hold Area/ Domestic Security Hold Area of the Terminal.

Battery operated golf carts are available in the Terminal at check in, arrival, Custom area and aerobridge corridor for use by senior citizens, person with special needs, etc.

Passengers can arrive at any time and can avail the facility of Retiring Rooms & Dormitories at Kolkata Airport. Rooms & Dormitories are allotted to Air Transit Passengers, with a transit period of maximum 24hrs., on ‘first come first serve basis’ and the same cannot be booked in advance. You can sleep for few hours, rejuvenate, shower before your next departure with comfort and stress free. This facility is only for transit passengers.

3.  Dormitory (Ladies & Gents): Rs. 700/- including GST

You can place a request to your airline for a wheelchair while booking your tickets or you can also contact the airline ticketing counter after reaching the airport and request for it.

Passengers can avail the facility of smoking rooms at Kolkata Airport. These are located inside the SHA.

Lounges at multiple locations in the Domestic & International Departures of Kolkata Airport offers world class amenities including best of cuisines, plush seating, complimentary Wi-Fi, wide range of National, International & Regional dailies along with various magazines. Serving round the clock the lounges cater to Airline CIP customers as well as passengers availing access through Priority Pass, high-end credit cards and other loyalty cards.

Wi-fi internet connectivity is available throughout all the passenger waiting areas of Domestic & International levels. To connect to free Wi-Fi service, passengers have to provide their mobile numbers as login id’s or Contact Helpdesk. Once connected, this service enables the passengers to access a secure and high speed connection while waiting for their flights. Free Wi-Fi is available for 30 minutes. 

Round The Clock Medical Facilities are available at Terminal. Medical Inspection room is being managed by Medica Super Speciality Hospital and they can be contacted at 25691128 / 9903388004. In case of emergency, passengers can also contact Airport Manager for arranging Medical assistance.

Child care rooms are available at Departure (four) and Arrival (two) level of the Airport for facilitating parents for providing essentials to their child/infant such as feeding, changing diapers etc.

02 ATM machines are located at Kolkata Airport, one in the check-in area and one in Arrival city-side of the Airport to ensure that you have easy access to your money at all times.

148 Check in counters are operational in Domestic & International Departure Levels.

In addition to airline check-in counters, you may also utilize the self-check-in facility (32 nos.) available in the Departure hall of the Terminal. You may select seats and print your boarding pass, post which, simply drop your check in baggage at the baggage drop counter of respective airlines.

Ticketing counters of various airlines are available at departure level. Passengers & visitors can access these counters through city side. 

Lounge facility is available in Domestic and International wings of Terminal. The Lounges are located in the Security Hold Area and is accessible through cards/ payment basis and the passengers can spend free time leisurely before boarding.
