Corporate Vigilance Department has redefined its objectives

 

Directorate aims to improve organization efficiency by pursuing the following:

 

  •    Focus on quality consciousness, value addition and ‘total picture’ in decision making/negotiations;
  •    Educate personnel about various matters on common irregularities, malpractices, misconducts and preventive checks;
  •    Identify existing factors providing opportunities for malpractices and initiate action to eliminate them;
  •    Strive towards achieving zero tolerance to corruption;
  •    Ensure strict compliance related to integrity by the personnel in regards to  ECDA rules & Regulations and laid down procedures and practices;
  •   Bring transparency and accountability;
  •   Develop and Maintain honest and ethical work culture; and
  •   Ensure effective and prompt punitive action against malafide deviants.

 

In nut shell, Vigilance Directorate aims at creating a corruption-free environment conducive for high level performance by each individual towards achieving AAI’s Mission and Vision.
